First in, first ranked

Booths appear in our expo halls in the order in which they are booked. This means that the earlier you book your booth, the better your position will be, and the easier it will be for potential customers to find you. Once booked, your positioning will be locked in for the duration of your participation in the NFCW Expo, ensuring nobody else can leap ahead of you in the ranking.

QuickConnect box

Your booth will include a QuickConnect box that lets visitors easily share their contact details with you and request information.

Reader referrals

You will be eligible to receive reader enquiry referrals from our editorial team so that, when a reader contacts us for advice on a project they are working on, you will be included in the list of companies our editorial team offers to connect them with.

Fully remote

Your booth can be set up and managed from anywhere in the world, with fully supported onboarding including copy editing, design and build.

Menu bar

Your booth will feature a prominent menu with links to your website, any news articles about your company on NFCW, and your QuickConnect contact form.

All-inclusive pricing

Your participation fee is fully inclusive of all onboarding, booth build-out, and ongoing management costs. Unlike physical events, there are no additional travel, subsistence or stand build-out costs to pay.

Flexible billing

Book now for twelve months and then simply extend your contract on your choice of a rolling monthly, quarterly or annual basis from year two onwards. Payments may be made monthly in advance via a card held on file or quarterly or annually in advance by invoice.

All relevant NFCW Expo participants get Contactless World Congress exhibitor status at no extra charge.

Custom colours and promo cards

Add up to three ‘promo cards’ to your booth, each linking out to a different section or product page on your website to promote different elements of your offering. Each card can feature punchy text and an eye-catching image and can be colour matched to your corporate colours to add impact and personalise your booth in line with your company’s branding.

Custom colours and promo cards are included at no extra cost with a Showcase or Spotlight plan. They are also available as an upgrade to your Podium booth for a one-time fee of £950.

Press release promotion

Maximise the reach of your PR activities by placing your press releases in NFCW’s Exhibitor News section. Your news articles will appear on NFCW’s front page and will also be highlighted in our email newsletters and on our social media feeds including Linkedin, Twitter and Facebook.

Please note that all press releases should be produced to a professional standard, relevant to our readers’ interests and are subject to editorial approval.

Up to six items per year are included at no extra cost with a Showcase or Spotlight plan. Press release promotions are also available as an add-on to your Podium booth for a fee of £495 per item.

Press release authoring and/or editing is available on request for an additional fee.

Educational white papers

Submit your educational white papers to our editorial team for inclusion in the NFCW Knowledge Centre and in relevant resource libraries.

Contact and demographic details for all the NFCW Knowledge Centre members who download your white papers will be included in your monthly engagement report.

Please note that white papers are subject to editorial approval for quality and relevance.

Educational white papers are included at no extra cost with a Showcase or Spotlight plan. They are also available as an add-on to your Podium booth for a fee of £1,200 per item.

White paper authoring and/or editing is available on request for an additional fee.

Engagement reports

Receive monthly GDPR-compliant engagement reports for all your Knowledge Centre activities. Name, job title, company, contact details and demographic information for each member that engages with your content is included.

Engagement reports are included at no extra cost with Showcase and Spotlight plans. Engagement reports are also available as an add-on to your Podium plan for a fee of £95 per month, subject to a minimum three month commitment.

Welcome article

Our editorial team will publish a news article announcing your presence and linking to your booth. This will appear on NFCW’s front page, in our email newsletters, and on our social media feeds including Linkedin, Twitter and Facebook.

A welcome article is included at no extra cost with a Showcase or Spotlight plan.

Webinar platform access

Leverage our in-house webinar platform to produce pre-recorded educational webinars and share them with our 12,000+ Knowledge Centre members.

Contact and demographic details for all the NFCW Knowledge Centre members who view your webinars will be included in your monthly engagement report.

Please note that all educational webinars are subject to editorial approval for quality and relevance.

Educational webinars are included at no extra cost with a Spotlight plan. They are also available as an add-on to your Podium or Showcase for a fee of £1,800 per webinar.

Professional production services and webinar chairs are available on request for an additional fee.

Banner ads, email blasts and social media support

We will promote all the white papers and webinars you add to our Knowledge Centre via a 60-day banner advertising campaign, a dedicated email blast to our Knowledge Centre subscribers and a news article which will appear on NFCW’s front page, in our email newsletters, and on our social media feeds including Linkedin, Twitter and Facebook.

Promotional campaigns are included at no extra cost with a Spotlight plan. They are also available as an add-on to your Podium or Showcase for a fee of £2,250 per campaign.

High impact activities

High impact activities are available at all commitment levels as add-ons to your presence in the NFCW Expo and are ideal for launching a new product, celebrating a customer win, making a special offer available to our readers, hosting a webinar focussed on a topic relevant to your products and services, running a banner advertising campaign, and more.

High impact activities can be booked in advance or on demand, as you need them, subject to availability and payment of the list price at the time you place your booking.  Please contact us for current pricing.

An automatic 20% reduction on rate card pricing on all the high impact activities you undertake during your participation in the NFCW Expo is included with a Spotlight plan.

Thought leadership

NFCW provides unrivalled opportunities to demonstrate your thought leadership to our global audience of senior executives, influencers and decision makers around the world.

Opportunities arise throughout the year to work with the editorial team as the sponsor of a special report, webinar or conference session. We also offer the opportunity to work with our team to produce live and pre-recorded webinars and/or reports on a topic that’s directly relevant to your business goals.

Options include sponsored summits, webinar sessions and newsmaker webinars plus membership of our Panel of Experts, entitling a senior executive or technical specialist to deliver educational webinars throughout the year and to join the roster of speakers eligible to present at NFCW editorial events.

We’ll then contact you to discuss your preferred options and, once you are ready to book, we’ll send you a contract for signature. Please note that we will send out your first invoice only after we have received a signed contract from you.

You will then have 30 days to work with us to prepare your booth to go live before your first payment is due and your billing period begins.
